In chrome extensions, there are often errors that are not seen, you have to look at "manage extensions" to see that their is an error. We need to trap for any error that would show in "manage extensions" and insert a yellow line at the top of the page that alerts the user and shows the error AND time it occurred. The goal is to use this in testing to know when an error happens. Read carefully: To show that you read this fully, put your favorite color in ALL CAPS as the absolute FIRST word in your bid.
