I am looking for a professional audio engineer experienced with classical music recordings. Your main task will be to record voice and piano arias on-site (approx. 1 hour of recording). These will be intended for 5-6 audition tapes, each with a duration of around 5 minutes. Being able to capture the nuances and subtleties of a live classical duet performance in high fidelity audio is extremely important. Ideally, you'll have prior experience with concert documentation, or album production. Experience with portable, high-quality audio/visual recording equipment geared towards mobility and flexibility is an asset.
