I have a set of existing hand drawn floorplans of an apartment building. I require them to be drawn using vectorworks using wall and door objects. There are 3 buildings, each of two levels, one with a basement car park. There are 10 different unit plans. Bathroom and kitchen layouts are not required. Elevations are not required.

I am looking for someone who can create a 3d model in vectorworks based on the sketches provided. The model should be accurate and logically build, walls apart from furniture and so on. The 3d-model should also match the 2d ground plan (so everything should be hybrid symbols) Some detailling within the restrictions of the given room are desired. I need a rendering of a small (32' x 80') single story building based on a design model that I have already created using Vectorworks software. The rendering will be displayed on the web at two different sizes, 200px wide and 800px wide. The rendering will also be used in design drawings printed in both color and B&W. I have some 3d models that I want converted to Google Sketchup for future use. They are not that complex models of go kart plans, and I want to be able to take them back to google sketchup to do some editing, etc. I've attached some samples of the output that I eventually want to be able to get, and it will give you a picture of the plans that I have. I can supply the vectorworks output dwg files, but truthfully haven't tried to upload it into sketchup yet.
