I have a very blurry image that urgently needs retouching for usage on Instagram. - Main focus will be on adjusting brightness and contrast as well as sharpening the overall image to reduce blurriness. - The current photo is of low resolution, meant for web. The aim of this project is to improve the visibility of a video I shot with my Samsung phone. It features what I suspect to be a crocodile, but it could also be a patch of leaf litter on the bottom of the river. But unfortunately, the video quality is quite poor.
