Good evening, my name is Guenter Koelbl, I am Austrian, but live and work in China since almost 20 years and run my own company here. We are located in Huizhou/Dayawan which is basically adjacent to Shenzhen/Pingshan district. We have our office locacted in Huizhou as well, and it would be very easy for us to rent a room/location in/around Pingshan for good rates and as we know the location quite well, we can find a place which is convenient to reach with public-transport (some areas there are still a little bit out "out of reach" as some places are still under development, but things change fast here). We also have the manpower to handle your project for long-term (we would then prefer to make a cooperation-contract between your company and us, if this is ok for your side). As you require the tests to be done in Pingshan area, i assume you might have a laboratory there, as we saw a lots of biotech/pharma-companies moving in there in the past few years? Also please note (but I guess you know) biotech materials need be handled with special transportation-methods, so we need also understand, how this will be handled, also on the cost side (sorry to bring this up in this introduction, but I think its better to point out some points that might need to be considered in the project).
