1. I will first download the PST from Outlook 365 if it has not already been done 2. Create default Gmail addresses for the 20 accounts 3. Link the 20 accounts with their domains to the default Gmail accounts 4. Set up the accounts to receive and send out emails with the required domain accounts 5. Share calendar of the 20 accounts with each other This will be done for all 20 accounts at $6 per account + Freelancer.com charges
