Hi there I'm a UK based web developer and tech support freelancer and have migrated many servers in my time . Seems like the easiest and best way to do this is add a new VPS on the new Supplier and then migrate the plesk server along with all the websites and then change the DNS when it is all setup and working on the new side , there fore the site shouldn't technically go down as it will just switchover from the old to the new and you can then shutdown the old server . Unless you are migrating the DNS and or domain too the emails shouldn't go down aslong as the nameservers aren't pointing to the old server but even if they are we just add all the DNS records on the new place and only cha ge nameservers when it's all up and running . I could charge for this hourly or as a project cost . Price I've quoted is hourly. Regards Kieren Bennett
