I'm looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to assist with managing my e-commerce Shopify store (with 1 year experience). This will be starting off as a Junior store manager and will not require you to manage any people initially. This will be a long term role with daily work to complete. Job tasks include: -Reply to customer emails (regarding things like refunds, tracking numbers, order issues). Also handling chargebacks. -Fulfilling orders on Shopify website (through Oberlo/Aliexpress). Communicating with suppliers about order details. -Product Research, Writing Product Descriptions, Product listing, setting everything up for launching new products -Facebook ads - creating and launching ad campaigns and monitoring ads in ads manager -Creating and Filming Product Videos and Video Editing to create social media ads -Other admin tasks Qualifications needed: - Fluent in English (Speak fluent English both written and verbally) - Experience with customer service (replying to customer emails and complaints) - Experience using Shopify - Experience using Facebook Ads Manager - Experience editing video ads (experience with Davinci Resolve is a bonus) - Some experience with product research, product listing and writing product descriptions - Experience in managing team members or junior staff is desirable (not essential) - Experience with order fulfilment and Oberlo/Aliexpress/Dropified/CJ is desirable - Pay attention to details, able to work fast, maintain high accuracy and learn quickly - Available for over 20 hours a week (starting with 2 hours per day, then up to 4+ hours per day) When you apply please put "Thanks2023" in the title so I can see that you have read this entire application and shows you pay attention to detail.
