We are looking to integrate our Shopify Store with Zoho CRM, just the basic connections.
Primary Task:
1. Orders & Contacts should sync, with all the details captured on Shopify
2. Assign Lead Status to the orders/contacts. Create a 5 step marketing workflow for the same. Assign agents for the same, wherever required(like for calling).
3. Create a workflow to add a prefix to the user Contact name, based on the details provided in the Shopify Order.
Additional task, not mandatory (subject to discussions, outside the scope for the mentioned budget):
1. Add another similar shopify store(from a different email account), for the same product.
2. Take a Zoho CRM dashboard explainer online class for our team members- how to view, use the CRM in conjunction with the Shopify store.
3. Email(GSuite) integration with Zoho
4. Social Media (Instagram, Facebook primarily; Linkedin, Twitter optional) integration with Zoho. Messages to be viewable as Service Tickets in Zoho? Create Triggers on receiving comments on Social Media posts.
