The dedupe has to be done the following way: If a data record is in the list more than once that has BOTH the NAME of the businesses AND the POSTAL STREET ADDRESS COLUMN C of the business any additional data records are eliminated. It is important not to only use the NAME of the business because there are often many Food Chains that have several locations within the directory but they all have DIFFERENT POSTAL ADDRESS LOCATIONS. If it is the SAME NAME OF TEH BUSINESS but they have different street address locations that is NOT a duplicate. In the USA we have a Dunkin Coffee every few miles!
