Exp, if the invoice is Office Supplies account, the amount of the invoice should deduct from the available amount in the Office Supplies account. Of course, there should be a report page, yearly and monthly. I need to know for a specific contract how many invoices processed during that month/year. And same for approvers list. For those invoices that is not a Contract/Po, I just need a report monthly and yearly. I am happy to discuss these features more in details.
