osCommerce 503 error issue on GoDaddy. Our osCommerce has been working for many years, but suddenly our customers can't connect to USPS shipping and PayPal Express payment. The error message says, "503 Service Unavailable error was encountered". We contacted GoDaddy, but they couldn't find any issue. I need this working so I can let users load money from their bank (using ACH) and so users can withdraw money (meaning put it in their bank via ACH). It looks like he was having trouble getting the verification and charge methods working. Plus, I saw in the API that you have to use an email or customer ID or something like that to move money to the customer's bank.
