Given the nature of our clientele, fluency in both English and Spanish is a must. We serve a diverse customer base and being able to effectively communicate in these two languages is critical. Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment is a plus, as it will help you in understanding and anticipating our guests' needs. Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude are all crucial for this role.

Broadly the App needs to be able to be configured with a pet tracker device and display the input collected by the device. What I need the app to be able to do is the following: 1. Live Tracking collecting the info from the device’s GPS. 2. Collect tracking data from the GPS. 3. Create Virtual fences that generate a notification if the GPS is outside the fence. 4. Display the amount of battery left on the device. 5. Display/Monitor: Steps, Heart Rate, Sleep (Gathered from the Device) 6. Allow to send and personalize notification based on the collected data. 7. We need an online Virtual assistant to help us with our company tasks such as social media posts, research data entry etc... The tasks are very simple, however, this will be ongoing, daily work for the foreseeable future. Must be reliable and consistent in order to be successful in this role.
